About The Role We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist (FF&E;) to oversee the full lifecycle of procurement, logistics, and installation for our hospitality projects across LATAM, the Caribbean, and EMEA.
This role combines factory coordination, logistics management, and on-site execution, including deliveries to remote and complex locations and last mile delivery.
Key Responsibilities * Oversee FF&E; production and conduct quality control at factory level * Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking * Coordinate deliveries, including complex last-mile logistics (remote or hard-to-access locations) * Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning * Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes * Work closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness * Coordinate and supervise installation teams on-site What We’re Looking For * 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF&E; * Background in hospitality or high-end residential projects * Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics * Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes * Ability to manage complex or remote project environments * Fluent English Nice to have * Experience in LATAM (Brazil is a strong plus) * Experience with remote or resort locations (islands, beaches, etc.) What We Offer * Opportunity to work on unique, high-end hospitality projects * Exposure to the full project lifecycle — from production and logistics to on-site installation * Competitive compensation aligned with experience * Collaboration with an international, multidisciplinary team (design, construction, procurement) * High level of ownership and autonomy in a fast-growing global company By submitting this application, I agree that my personal data will be collected, processed, and retained by the company solely for the purposes of managing and assessing my candidacy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
