In this role you drive continuous improvement across the Adriatic region, shaping how processes are redesigned to boost efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll lead change initiatives, coach teams, and ensure KPI-driven insights translate into action.

You will partner with divisions, HR, and shared services to sustain a culture of Lean-Six-Sigma excellence. * Support the concrete implementation of change measures with interfaces across divisions, shared services, communication and HR * Implement and analyze KPIs and improvement potentials in a fast-moving environment; lead DMAIC-based problem resolution processes * Lead and support change projects; plan and schedule work packages with departments, managers and project teams * Promote a culture of continuous improvement; build Lean capabilities (training, Kaizen events)
and act as mediator of change * Monitor project portfolio results, deadlines and priorities; ensure effective communication within teams and Alfa Laval Adriatic * Conduct process analyses; exchange ideas with other units to increase process efficiency * Coaching and moderation skills; strong people-oriented approach * Technical education (master's degree) or equivalent is a plus * Analytical and conceptual skills with a customer-oriented mindset; Lean-Six Sigma knowledge; Green Belt preferred * Strong background in process and project management; ability to present and develop processes in an organizational context * Experienced in change management with an optimistic attitude In this role you drive continuous improvement across the Adriatic region, shaping how processes are redesigned to boost efficiency and cross-functional collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
