In this role you drive industrial product marketing strategy for SiC MOSFET products, shaping go-to-market plans and engaging key customers.

You will partner with regional marketing and sales to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and growth targets.

You’ll influence product direction through market and customer insights, and lead cross-functional teams to win design-ins and revenue.

This is a strategic, high-impact position in a global, tech-driven company focused on power semiconductors and scalable growth. * Define and lead the Product Marketing Team * Define and lead the global product marketing strategy for Industrial products * Advise on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights by region * Identify growth opportunities through product positioning, new applications,



and partnerships * Analyze business development funnel for 3–5 year horizons with focus on new tech * Contribute to high-impact customer engagement and alignment of product strategy with technical marketing * Ensure consistent messaging and maintain launch playbooks for products * Deliver sales enablement trainings and support marketing tools and key design-in opportunities * Support top customers and manage product performance discussions with engineering and QA * Coordinate interfaces with divisions on product availability and quality engagements with customers * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field * 3-4+ years in product marketing or business development in power semiconductors * Strong ability to communicate product concepts to engineering, sourcing, and purchasing audiences * Proven track record of contributing to top-line growth, market share, and profitability * Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and storytelling skills In this role you drive industrial product marketing strategy for SiC MOSFET products, shaping go-to-market plans and engaging key customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
