Therefore, it has to increase the prescription of the company's pharmaceutical products through effective promotion and education to healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities * Establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists. * Present and discuss scientific and clinical information about the products to influence prescription decisions. * Organize and conduct educational presentations and workshops. * Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends. * Achieve established sales objectives and contribute to business growth * Develop and execute effective action plans.
* Understanding of sales’ data and adapting strategies accordingly.
Organization chart & Job Relationships Line Manager: Sales & Marketing Manager Direct Reports: none Internal job relationships: Global Functions External job relationships: customers, suppliers/vendors, industry partners Skills & Experience * Bachelor’s in Clinical Sciences: Basic knowledge of clinical sciences that provides a better understanding of medical terminology, treatment modalities, and disease processes. * Senior sicentific profile in pain/oncology to establish a high-profile presence whithin the industry. * Networks/ relationships already created to speed up sales. * Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills. * Italian native or proficient. * English fluent, other languages will be a plus. * More than 5 years experience in as a KAM in pain/oncology. #J-18808-Ljbffr
