In this role you lead the Italian market to drive revenue growth and strengthen market position. You act as the ambassador and connector between Italy and the international team, shaping the sales strategy and building lasting client relationships. You will address high-level negotiations, provide strategic advice, and oversee local talent development. 10+ years of experience in digital media with a track record of client acquisitionStrong network in the Italian agency landscape (Milan encouraged)Proficiency in digital marketing KPIs and an interest in emerging technologiesNative or fluent Italian; fluent EnglishEducational background in Sales, Marketing or related fieldExperience in management is a plus
