In this strategic role, you will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of systems, tools, and processes that drive business growth and operational efficiency. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate organizational goals into actionable product solutions, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business priorities. This position involves managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and continuous improvement. You will analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently on complex projects. Operating in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, you will play a key part in shaping scalable, data-driven systems that empower teams across the organization.
Accountabilities:
- Define product vision and translate strategic objectives into actionable solutions that improve business outcomes.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, design, implementation, and continuous optimization.
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement automation or new solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, business analysts, and other departments to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Independently manage niche projects or specific product stages, ensuring high-quality results and alignment with overall goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in fast-paced, digital, or tech-driven environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business impact.
- Deep understanding of modern product management practices, process optimization, and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Experience building no-code/low-code prototypes or tools to validate product hypotheses.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
- Prior business analysis experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
