For our Quistello plant, we are recruiting a Junior System Engineer. /p pAs an active member of our RD Indoor Products Development Center, the Junior System Engineer will have the opportunity to work with different technical teams specialized in electronics, motor development and packaging by defining the project technical requirements and ensuring they are properly executed and respected. The Junior System Engineer will act as an interface with International colleagues from the Corporate Product Management and Design Management Departments and with external partners such as suppliers and consultants. Acting as an autonomous and proactive RD representative within our organization, they will maintain a general overview of the different technical aspects of the projects assigned. /p h3Main responsibilities and activities: /h3 ul liDevelopment of electro‑mechanical products and systems, according to the standards defined by the Product Development Process; /li liDefinition of technical specifications for different modules (electronics, mechanics, documentation, homologation) based on product functional requirements; /li liDefinition of the logical and physical architecture of the product, by selecting the components and developing the interfaces between modules, according to fundamental technical characteristics; /li liDefinition and follow up of Product Testing processes; /li liCreation and maintenance of project documentation,
by guaranteeing proper quality level and timing; /li liPreparation of product reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information on the project status; /li liIdentification and resolution of defects, along with the creation of an effective action plan; /li liVerification and monitoring of the development phases by visiting and assisting external suppliers or other Kärcher Group companies; /li liParticipation in project meetings and management of requests from internal and external stakeholders; /li liAttendance of National and International project meetings. /li /ul h3Skills required to be a WOW candidate: /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical); /li liAt least 1 year of experience in RD/engineering field, gained by working in multinational companies; /li liPrevious experience in mechanical‑electrical design and development (plastic and aluminum components, electrical wiring circuits, sensors, gearboxes) would be a plus; /li liExcellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills; /li liHigh level of autonomy, proactivity, and initiative; /li liKnowledge of CAD 3D, Google suite and SAP; /li liKnowledge of main laboratory instrumentation (caliper, micrometer, multimeter, etc.); /li liFluent spoken and written English. /li /ul h3What benefits we offer for a WOW experience in CEM: /h3 ul liStimulating and dynamic environment, within a German multinational company with a strong aptitude for technological and process innovation; /li liProfessional growth and internal training programs; /li liInternational exchange opportunities; /li liWelfare policy rich in goods and services; /li liSmart working and flexible working hours; /li liInternal Canteen; /li liDelivery of branded clothing and other materials. /li /ul h3Salary package (fixed + bonuses): /h3 p35.000€. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
