As a consultant at Amaris Consulting you will act as a technical and functional expert and as an ambassador to clients. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild strong relationships of trust with clients and fully understand their challenges and issues. /li liImplement, configure and maintain enterprise applications to support business processes and operational requirements. /li liCustomize application settings, workflows, security roles, and permissions to align with business needs and best practices. /li liSupport application upgrades, releases, patches and new feature deployments. /li liMaintain application configuration documentation, system specifications and support procedures. /li liProvide advanced technical support for business‑critical applications, including Level III post‑implementation support. /li liDiagnose, investigate and resolve issues to minimise business disruption. /li liManage incidents, service requests and problem‑resolution activities in accordance with service level agreements. /li liMonitor application performance, availability and system health to identify issues. /li liSupport data management, APIs or application testing as required. /li liAttend the office once a week as needed. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science,
