pWonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context. /ph3Role Overview /h3pBuild, test and deploy AI agents on the Wonderful platform for enterprise customers /ppWrite and design prompts, and implement functions that guide AI agents across voice, chat, and email. /ppCollaborate closely with Account / Program Management teams and enterprise customers to understand customer needs and existing workflows - and turn them into scalable AI solutions. /ppConnect agents to customer APIs, databases, and internal tools in TypeScript so they can execute real-world tasks end-to-end.



/ppDeliver results under tight deadlines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and challenges. /ph3Requirements /h3p2-6 years of software development experience (ideally backend). /ppStrong understanding of networking, HTTP, APIs, and authentication mechanisms. /ppAbility to learn complex customer systems quickly and translate them into technical solutions. /ppA flexible, problem-solving mindset with the passion for working under pressure. /ppBonus points for AI experience and/or startup experience. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
