ppThe Talent Development Process Specialist provides operational and project support across Beko Europe's Talent, Learning and Employee Experience agenda. The role coordinates development programmes, training activities, talent operations, reporting and employer branding initiatives, ensuring the effective delivery of key people programmes across the region. /p pWorking closely with Talent Pillar Leads, the role drives operational excellence, supports employee development and engagement activities, and leverages AI, automation and digital technologies to continuously improve processes and enhance the employee experience. /p h3Your responsibilities will include /h3 h3Talent Development Support /h3 ul liProvide day-to-day operational support to the Talent Pillar Leads /li liCoordinate learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives across Europe. /li liSupport facilitation, logistics and project management activities associated with talent and development programmes. /li /ul h3Training Administration /h3 ul liManage training catalogues and learning calendars. /li liCoordinate training registrations, attendance tracking and completion reporting. /li liLiaise with external training providers and internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3Talent Sustainability Reporting /h3 ul liProduce quarterly training and sustainability reporting. /li liMonitor participation metrics, compliance requirements and development KPIs. /li liMaintain talent and learning data integrity. /li /ul h3Italy Learning Development Activities /h3 ul liCoordinate and support the facilitation of Italy based funded training programmes. /li liSupport change management and capability-building activities linked to local initiatives. /li liManage relationships with training providers and support the delivery of Gi Group training plans and related projects. /li /ul h3Italy Employer Branding Internship Activities /h3 ul liCoordinate and support internship activities across Europe, ensuring an effective and positive candidate experience.



/li liSupport end-to-end intern hiring and onboarding process in partnership with Business HR, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams. /li liAct as a key point of coordination for intern engagement, induction and development activities. /li liSupport university partnerships, graduate outreach initiatives and employer branding activities within Italy. /li liRepresent Beko at university, career and networking events to strengthen the organisation's employer brand and talent pipeline. /li liAssist in the development of recruitment marketing materials, social media content and talent attraction campaigns targeting early-career talent. /li liSupport in the Top Employer accreditation review process. /li /ul h3Talent Operations /h3 ul liCoordinate talent communications and awareness campaigns across Europe, supporting the Leads within the team pillars. /li liSupport learning-related invoicing and vendor management activities. /li liAssist with the planning and delivery of talent and employee experience events including Beko Day, GroWeek and similar initiatives. /li liSupport with Employee Engagement and Wellbeing Survey: database checks and consolidation /li /ul h3Innovation, AI Process Improvement /h3 ul liDrive continuous improvement through the exploration and adoption of AI, automation and digital technologies, supporting more efficient Talent processes, enhanced employee experiences and successful organisational change initiatives. /li liDegree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field. /li li1-2 years of experience within HR, Talent,



Learning Development or a related People function. /li liExperience coordinating learning programmes, training activities or HR projects. /li liStrong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /li liStrong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and reporting. /li liAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. /li liFamiliarity with HR systems and learning platforms would be advantageous. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liExperience working with external providers, universities or employer branding activities is desirable. /li liInterest in AI, automation and digital technologies, including tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Coworker. /li liExperience of learning and development systems associated with Success Factors, SAP and LMS and E-Learning Platforms (LinkedIn Learning etc.). /li liFluent English and Italian required. /li liProactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in an international environment. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liThe successful candidate will be offered either a 12-month fixed-term or permanent contract, depending on their qualifications and fit for the role. /li liThe salary range for this position is € 36.000 - € 42.000 gross per year.
