ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you help build a world‑class service organization by installing and supporting data center hardware, servers, and networking gear for customers in the Netherlands. You will work closely with engineering and service teams, perform onsite installations, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues. You’ll travel to customer sites and support service tickets to ensure smooth deployments and reliable operation. This position offers a hands‑on, customer-facing environment with opportunities to shape service delivery at scale. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliPerform physical installation, rack and stack, cabling, and network setup for data center hardware. /liliAssist and support in deploying server, storage, and network equipment. /liliCoordinate with engineering to ensure seamless hardware integration and correct installation per specs. /liliConduct quality checks and validate functionality post‑installation. /liliProvide first‑line technical support to end users via phone, email,
and ticketing system; escalated complex issues as needed. /liliParticipate in hardware break‑fix on‑site at customer locations and travel as required. /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulli5 years of experience servicing complex X86 systems in a datacenter /liliBachelor’s degree or Dutch MBO4 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) /liliStrong written and verbal English; Dutch is a plus /liliProficiency with Windows and Linux environments /liliSome scripting knowledge (Bash, PHP, Python) is a plus /liliSolid hardware diagnostics, BIOS/driver/application issue understanding /liliAbility to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments; proactive and team-oriented /liliHands‑on experience with enterprise‑grade server hardware /liliWillingness to travel (local and international) and work extended hours/weekends when needed /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
