At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /p pAs Proposal Manager, you will respond to the Head of Energy Carriers Tendering Department and be part of the ENCAR. /p pYou will plan, coordinate and control the execution of the proposal in accordance with the instructions to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints while observing Quality procedures and practices. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordination and management of the bidding project team (engineering, procurement, construction and staff functions such as legal, fiscal, insurance, finance) /li liMonitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectives /li liDevelopment of complete proposals for projects of any contractual scope (from reimbursable feasibility services to turn‑key EPC lump sum) /li liAnalyse contract requirements and conditions in conjunction with commercial and legal functions /li liTechnical/commercial/contractual negotiations with clients, partners and vendors/sub‑contractors /li liEnsure definition/review of the cost estimating developed by estimator /li liPrepare assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with proposals /li liEnsure the submittal of the proposal to the client /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbEducation: /b Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in an Economic field /p pbExperience:
