The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities. /ph3Role and responsibilities /h3pWe are looking for a Project Manager Functional Analyst – Data Analytics (5-10 years of experience) (Candidates with experience in only one of the two requested roles will also be considered). /ph3Your responsibilities will be /h3ulliResponsibility for the governance of project initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle,
from the assessment and process analysis phase to the release and deployment of the solution, ensuring compliance with timeline, costs, quality, and business objectives; /liliSupporting the client in identifying information needs, defining functional requirements, and translating business needs into data‑driven technological solutions; /liliGathering and formalizing business requirements, defining data models and KPIs, and handling the functional design of reporting and analytics solutions; /liliCoordinating multidisciplinary teams composed of business analysts, data engineers, BI developers, and technical specialists; /liliProven experience (5-10 years) in managing Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Platform projects, with the ability to combine project management skills, functional analysis, and knowledge of main modern data architectures; /liliExperience gained in the following contexts: /liliData Warehouse and Data Lake; /liliBusiness Intelligence and Reporting; /liliData Governance and Data Quality; /liliData Migration and Data Modernization; /liliEnterprise Data Platform on cloud (Azure, AWS, Microsoft Fabric); /liliAnalytics and Self‑Service BI.
