Then this might be the role for you! /p h3The team /h3 pThe Work Rewards Business in WTW consists of three practices: Rewards Data and Intelligence (RDI), Executive Compensation Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work, Rewards Careers (WRC). RDI helps companies build a competitive compensation plan by conducting annual global industry sector surveys. ECBA is focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives. The WRC practice is dedicated to effectively design, deliver and execute employee reward strategies and programs that lead to significant business value for our clients. /p pThe WTW Rewards Data Intelligence Practice provides insight and advice to a large and diversified portfolio of clients that are headquartered mainly in Italy and part of Switzerland. In addition, we partner with other practices colleagues across the world daily to support our global and multinational clients. We offer you a very steep learning curve, and we expect you to create and grab opportunities whenever they arise. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs Business Development Manager, you will be focused on further growing the business, managing relationships with clients and selling our B2B services and products. You will be selling products which include remuneration data, compensation software and data-based solutions in general; in addition, you will be partnering with clients to work on broader reward-related projects.
/p pFurther responsibilities include: /p ul liDevelop trusted client relationships by ensuring high quality consulting advice and service is delivered; /li liRoll out industry-specific compensation survey(s) allowing you to advise and consult with companies on their rewards practice and broader HR challenges; /li liContribute to new business development by raising client awareness of products and services and identifying cross-selling opportunities; /li liProvide and sell up-to-date insights, industry and market focused benchmark reports; /li liBuilding strong relationships internally and collaborating effectively with colleagues in Europe /li liCoach people within the team. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liYou have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Compensation or HR consultancy; /li liYou are interested in discovering the consulting environment and can’t wait to work with multiple clients across the world in a fast paced and commercial environment; /li liAbility to be a self-starter, initiative-taker, work independently, but also cooperatively in a team environment; /li liYou have strong written and verbal communication skills; /li liYou have excellent analytical skills, are accurate and have attention to details; /li liFluency in English is required.
/li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of local pay transparency legislation. /p pThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is €35,000 - €53,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive target bonus of 10%. /p pThe applicable classification level for this role is intended to be Level 2 of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Commercio) but the scope of the role may change depending on available candidates’ qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
