ppWe are currently looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist - Intern. The role provides an opportunity to learn how to conduct effective remote support on applicative, hardware, and IT-related issues. /p pThis is a temporary on‑site position that requires regular physical presence in the office. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide remote technical support spanning through applicative, hardware and IT-related issues on diagnostic instrumentation. /li liEnsure compliance with managed customer interactions, recording required data as per Company policies. /li liEscalate complex issues following the dispatch process as needed. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liGraduating Biomedical Engineering, Biology/Biotechnology is preferable. /li liProficient English is mandatory. /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Italian. /li liPassion for learning and working in an environment that elevates customer experience. /li /ul pYou will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering results and continuous improvement, where having fun and teamwork is very important. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
