ppWe are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established international company operating in the automotive sector, for a Junior Accountant position based in the Monza and Brianza area, north of Milan. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs a Junior Accountant, you will support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and compliant accounting in line with Local GAAP and Group GAAP. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and international finance teams, gradually developing towards independent responsibility for accounting and closing activities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Accounts Receivable (Sales Ledger) /h3 ul liPerform daily banking postings and reconciliations /li liPost customer invoices and credit notes /li liMonitor outstanding receivables and support debt collection activities /li liPrepare and send monthly customer statements /li liHandle customer account queries (invoices, proof of delivery, statements) /li liMaintain customer master data and credit limits in SAP /li /ul h3Accounts Payable (Purchase Ledger) /h3 ul liPost expense and stock invoices, including intercompany invoices /li liPrepare and process supplier and intercompany payments in line with agreed terms /li liMaintain vendor master data /li liControl purchase orders and ensure proper authorization /li liManage and post credit card and expense claims /li liHandle supplier and expense-related queries Taxes, Payroll Statutory Reporting /li liSupport payroll reconciliations and statutory payments /li liPrepare VAT returns and ensure timely submission and payment /li liPrepare Intrastat declarations (arrivals)



/li liSupport annual VAT and employment-related declarations according to local legal requirements General Ledger Banking /li liMaintain general ledger accounts and post standard journals /li liPrepare and post bank journals and perform bank reconciliations /li liSupport intercompany reconciliations Reporting Compliance /li liSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings /li liAssist with budget monitoring and reporting /li liSupport internal and external audits /li liEnsure compliance with internal controls and group finance guidelines /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field /li liFirst professional experience (0-3 years) in accounting is an advantage /li liBasic knowledge of SAP (ideally SAP S/4HANA) and MS Office /li liVery good Italian and English communication skills /li liDetail-oriented, structured, and eager to learn /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent position in an international company /li liCompetitive salary package (€28,000 - €32,000 RAL) /li liStructured onboarding and continuous learning opportunities /li liClose collaboration with experienced Senior Accountants /li liClear development and career progression opportunities /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pWe are part of Crowe Global, one of the world's leading professional services networks.
