We are looking for the following profile for a strong
Marketing Project Manager – Events Client Activation (Tempo pieno) /strong. /ppbr/pullistrong
Location /strong: Milan (Italy) /lilistrong
Working Model /strong: Hybrid.
The client requires on-site presence, ideally 2/3days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). /lilistrong
Project Duration /strong: September 2026 – December 2026, with a potential extension of 6 additional months based on project needs and performance. /lilistrong

The client is looking for a strongprofessional with approximately 4–5 years of experience /strong, capable of managing complex initiatives, coordinating large-scale events, and effectively engaging with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. /pp
The selected candidate will strongsupport the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives /strong, with a strong focus on event management and client activation activities, ensuring seamless delivery, effective stakeholder coordination, and high-quality execution across multiple workstreams. /ppbr/ppstrong

Managing end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards /lili
Planning, coordinating,
and executing large-scale events, including management of agencies, vendors, logistics, and internal stakeholders /lili
Supporting client activation initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement, participation, and business impact /lili
Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders /lili
Managing project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets /lili
Preparing status reports, governance materials, and executive updates for senior stakeholders /lili
Managing multiple parallel initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment /lili
Acting as a key liaison between client teams, agencies, suppliers, and other project stakeholders /li /ulpbr/ppstrong
Required skills experience: /strong /pulli4–5 years of experience in Project Management roles /lili
Proven experience managing marketing-related projects, including coordination of large-scale events /lili
Experience in client activation, customer engagement, loyalty, or related marketing initiatives /lili
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills /lili
Excellent organizational and planning capabilities /lili
Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously /lili
Strong problem-solving skills and execution-oriented mindset /lili
Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams /lili
Fluency in Italian and English /li /ulpbr/ppstrong
