Job Summary

The Sales Support Specialist supports both post-sales (aftermarket) and for upgrade activities for engineered products in the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction, efficient order execution, and identification of business opportunities related to spare parts, services, and upgrades.

Responsibilities

- Manage customer requests related to spare parts, repairs and product upgrades.
- Prepare and issue quotations for aftermarket solutions based on technical specifications, BOMs, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on aftermarket orders, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality standards.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers regarding installed equipment.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales (spare parts packages, upgrades, retrofit solutions, service agreements).
- Maintain and update installed base data and aftermarket records.

Ensure Alignment Between Customer Requirements And Internal Capabilities.

Support contract review and order handover from sales to execution teams.

Qualifications





- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent) or Technical Diploma with relevant experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in aftermarket, sales support, or technical sales in Oil & Gas or similar industries.

Experience With Engineered-to-order (ETO) Products Is Strongly Preferred.

- Knowledge of industrial equipment (e.g., rotating equipment, valves, pressure systems) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and CRM tools.

Basic Qualifications

- Preferably some type of technical education, either intermediate or higher level (preferably in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical, or High school Diploma).
- Languages: English level B2
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High degree of autonomy, while also capable of working in multidisciplinary teams.

- Fully site-based at Gorle (BG)
