International Graduate Program

of

Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division , designed for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals who aspire to build a career in Corporate & Investment Banking.
By joining our program, you will agevolazioni from a structured entry path into the Division, combining a dedicated selection process, hands-on experience and development opportunities to accelerate your career. You will have the opportunity to broaden your perspective through a cross-functional job rotation, gaining exposure to different desks of the Division and developing a comprehensive understanding of the Corporate & Investment Banking business. We are looking for ambitious, forward-thinking and internationally-minded talents, ready to make an impact in a dynamic and global environment.
What you'll be doing

You will join the M&A; team within IMI Corporate & Investment Banking at Intesa Sanpaolo, supporting professionals in origination and execution of extraordinary transactions. You will work on acquisitions, mergers and disposals, developing financial analysis and valuation skills in a dynamic and international environment.
You will have the opportunity to support the following activities:
Support the team in market analysis and client needs assessment
Contribute to structuring hedging and financial solutions
Prepare analysis materials and presentations
Monitor financial markets and macroeconomic trends
Who we are looking for

If you are looking to turn your passion into a career and meet the following requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you:
0–1 years of experience, if CIB or in audit is a plus
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related fields
Knowledge of capital markets
Knowledge of derivatives




Knowledge of corporate finance
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
English proficiency (minimum C1)
Experience in Markets or Investment Banking
International experience is a plus

Gross annual salary starting from €40,000
