In this IT Engineer role, you will join the IT Automation Support Team in Malta to keep robotics and automation lines running. You’ll address incidents, apply workarounds, and drive root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence. You’ll support change requests and test new automation features, contributing to equipment efficiency and robust service delivery. This position offers hands-on exposure to Industry 4.0 practices within a multicultural, innovative environment, with a clear impact on production performance.relocation packagesalary range 40,000–48,000 gross per yearopportunity to work with advanced automation technologiesHandle incidents and requests to restore automation production service on robotics lines; implement workarounds to keep equipment operationalAnalyze issues with structured resolution methods to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actionsSupport manufacturing change requests related to new business requirements and aim to improve equipment efficiencyTroubleshoot applications like AMA, EICs,
