ppWe are looking for a Noc Operator for a full-time on-site position to join the teamin Rome. This is a great growth opportunity in an exciting and fast-moving industry. /p pThe candidate should bebfluentin English /b and have basic computer know-how;Additional languages and technical knowledge would be considered an advantage. The position includes monitoring, operating, and supporting all of the company’s 24/7 global and domestic content distribution services. Working hours – 24/7 shift basis. Please note that this isnota remote/hybrid/lavoro da remoto position /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liMonitor telecommunications/ broadcasting systems, supervise the technical components’ functions, and make sure that they are active and problem-free. /li liCustomer support – acts as the initial point of contact for all the company’s clients. /li liTroubleshoot and fix technical issues.



/li liAccountable for managing events and ensuring that they are resolved, while maintaining a detailed record of the problems and methods used to solve them. /li liManage escalation process until resolution, including coordination with in-house engineers and third parties. /li liManage and coordinate technical maintenance related to the company’s distribution services. /li liMonitor and operate, if needed, facility air-conditioning, UPS, generators etc. /li libWork on a shift rotation basis, on a 24/7 basis /b. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul libGood knowledge of English /b /li liBasic computer skills (MS Office programs) /li liCandidate has preferably technical background from one of the following: RF, satellites, networks, electronics, video and/or sound /li liEngineering studies will be considered an advantage /li liTechnical or customer support experience will be considered an advantage /li liHaving a car will be considered an advantage /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
