We're partnering with a fast-scaling PE-backed business looking to hire an Interim Head of Accounting with a proven track record of integrating finance operations and accounting across multiple entities.Le seguenti informazioni forniscono una panoramica delle competenze, delle qualità e delle qualifiche necessarie per questo ruolo.What you'll be doingLead the transformation of the finance function, centralising five separate legal entities across two countries.Own the ERP integration, driving automation, centralisation, and standardisation across core finance processes.Oversee Finance Operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.Manage the annual audit process end-to-end.Ensure all accounting entries are completed to support the Controller with the month-end close and budget reporting.What we're looking forStrong experience leading ERP integrations and finance process transformation.Hands-on experience in a PE-backed environment preferred. xysqume Fluent in Italian and English.PracticalitiesStart date: End of JulyContract: Initial six-month assignment
