PRIMARY FUNCTIONSThe Dealer Sales Specialist at FPT Industrial is responsible for developing and managing the customer portfolio for the sale of industrial, marine, on‑road, and off‑road engines. This role serves as the commercial point of reference for customers, supporting them in selecting the most suitable engine solutions for their applications and contributing to the achievement of regional sales targets.Le interessa questa possibilità? Scorra verso il basso per leggere la descrizione completa.KEY RESPONSABILITIESManage and grow the assigned DealerAnalyze customer needs and propose appropriate FPT Industrial engine solutions, together with support of Technical Sales departmentPrepare commercial offers, technical quotations, and supply contracts.Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, After Sales, Platform, Marketing) to provide end‑to‑end customer supportMonitor market trends and identify new business opportunities across industrial, power generation, marine, agriculture, construction, and on‑road segmentsSupport dealer in negotiations and deal closures in line with company strategySupport dealer in scouting new business opportunities that enable business development targets to be achieved/exceededParticipate in trade fairs,
customer events, and technical presentations to promote FPT Industrial products.Prepare sales forecasts, reporting, and performance analyses for management.Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle. xysqume REQUIRED SKILLS & BACKGROUNDMaster degree (Management/Economics/Mechanical/Electrical engineering is preferable)Experience in engines, automotive, powertrain, or industrial machinery sectors (1–5+ years depending on seniority required)Experience in indirect sales business (sales through dealer or distributor)Strong customer orientation and relationship‑building mindsetNegotiation skills and the ability to manage complex deals, with good problem-solving skillsAbility to work and to collaborate by objectives in a cross-functional teams, with strong communication attitudes and relationship skillsExcellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing.
