ph3Job Description /h3 pbJob Title: /b Finance International Controlling Reporting Specialist /p pbReporting to: /b Consolidation, Controlling Reporting Manager /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pThe bFinance International Controlling Reporting Specialist /b is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of managerial reporting and supporting the external consolidated financial statements of the entities in the scope. /p pThe ideal candidate will have experience in financial controlling and business performance analysis. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes at Group level /li liAnalyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS (or applicable GAAP) /li liEnsure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders. /li liAnalyze financial results and variances, driving financial performance and providing insights to management to support strategic decision making. /li liSupport subsidiaries in reporting processes and provide accounting guidance /li liCoordinate with local finance teams across different countries /li liContribute to the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and financial disclosures /li liEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures /li liDrive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li5–8 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting,
