ph3Job Description /h3 pbJob Title: /b Finance International Controlling Reporting Specialist /p pbReporting to: /b Consolidation, Controlling Reporting Manager /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pThe bFinance International Controlling Reporting Specialist /b is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of managerial reporting and supporting the external consolidated financial statements of the entities in the scope. /p pThe ideal candidate will have experience in financial controlling and business performance analysis. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes at Group level /li liAnalyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS (or applicable GAAP) /li liEnsure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders. /li liAnalyze financial results and variances, driving financial performance and providing insights to management to support strategic decision making. /li liSupport subsidiaries in reporting processes and provide accounting guidance /li liCoordinate with local finance teams across different countries /li liContribute to the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and financial disclosures /li liEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures /li liDrive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li5–8 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting,



preferably in a multinational environment /li liExperience with group reporting and complex organizational structures /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and financial modeling capabilities /li liStrong knowledge of IFRS (or relevant accounting standards) /li liExperience with consolidation tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, OneStream) /li liAdvanced Excel skills /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong attention to detail and accuracy /li liAnalytical mindset and problem‑solving skills /li liEffective communication and ability to work in an international environment /li liAbility to manage deadlines and work under pressure /li liStakeholder management across multiple geographies /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul libEnglish: /b Fluent (mandatory) /li libItalian: /b Fluent (mandatory) /li liAdditional languages are a plus /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liExperience in a multinational or matrix organization /li liExposure to complex consolidation environments (multiple entities / currencies) /li liOpportunity to interact with senior management and contribute to strategic financial insights h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from €36.000 to €46.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul h3Disclaimer /h3 pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
