PRIMARY FUNCTIONSThe role of the Off Road Sales Specialist inside FPT organization is to manage and develop strategic relationships with the company’s important Off road customers. This role focuses on increasing revenues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within key accounts.È la persona giusta per questa possibilità ? Si assicuri di leggere la descrizione completa qui sotto.KEY ACCOUNTABILITYIdentify and develop new business opportunities to grow the Off road business; Be the KeyAccount Manager for selected existing global IKA and OEMs and the commercial go-to-person for the clients as well as for the internal functions; Work together with all functions involved (Product Engineering, Platform, Product Marketing, Homologation,…) to finalize sales proposals; Contributeto identify solutions, meeting customers’ needs in accordance with the Global sales strategiesREQUIRED SKILLS & BACKGROUNDMaster degree (Management/Mechanical/Electrical engineering is preferable)5 years of working experience in similar rolesNegotiations skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and requirements through studying data and discussions with customers; ability to know the customer’s businessAbility to work and to collaborate by objectives in a cross-functional teams, with strong communication attitudes and relationship skillsExcellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing. xysqume MS Office and common ICT toolsMarket-oriented approach with good problem-solving skillsAbility to create product marketing plansAbility to think > 5 years ahead, but with foot on the ground and with a pragmatic and customer driven approachAbility to scout new business opportunities that enable business development targets to be achieved/exceededAnalytical approach and capability to translate market data and deviations into future trends and segmentationsAvailability to travelCOMPENSATION PACKAGEAnnual gross salary in the range of €52K–€65K, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
