Role Summary

The Data Manager – Purchasing is accountable for executing Purchasing data governance, stewardship, and data quality processes in alignment with Stellantis Data & AI governance standards. The role ensures that Purchasing data assets are accurate, compliant, well‑documented, and audit‑ready, enabling Product Owners and delivery teams to build and scale data products with reduced risk and rework. The Data Manager operates as a control‑plane role, focusing on governance execution rather than delivery or strategy. The role works closely with Product Owners, ICT Data & AI governance teams, and domain stakeholders to ensure that data quality,



stewardship, and compliance requirements are consistently met across Purchasing initiatives.

Key AccountabilitiesData Governance & Stewardship Execution

- Implement and operate Purchasing data governance processes aligned with Stellantis standards
- Ensure clear ownership and stewardship assignment for Purchasing data domains
- Maintain data catalogs, lineage, and metadata for Purchasing data assets
- Enforce data access, confidentiality, and security rules in collaboration with ICT

Data Quality Management
- Define, monitor, and report on Purchasing data quality KPIs
- Coordinate remediation of data quality issues with Product Owners and delivery teams
- Identify recurring data quality risks and elevate systemic issues appropriately
- Support root‑cause analysis for data defects impacting business outcomes

Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure Purchasing data complies with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for data‑related audits and compliance reviews
- Support documentation and evidence generation required for internal and external audits

Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure governance requirements are embedded early in data products
- Coordinate with Ontology & Data Architecture Lead to apply approved standards




- Interface with ICT Data & AI governance teams to ensure alignment and consistency
- Support cross‑domain data integration by ensuring stewardship clarity and data quality readiness

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Data area.
- 3-5 years of experience of people management.
- Proven experience building and leading teams.
- Degree in Data, Information Technology, Business, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with data governance platforms such as Collibra, Snowflake, Palantir.
- Strong knowledge of international data privacy regulations (GDPR).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Governance, Legal, Business, and Technical teams.
- Strong project management skills, including timeline management and delivery oversight.
- Proven ability to prioritise multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading Agile planning activities.

Offer
- Salary range: from 55 € to 68 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements.
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (first / second / third) professional area.
