The role offers cross‑functional exposure within a Group-level team, with opportunities to develop ERM expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. /p h3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3 pReporting to the Head of Group ERM, the selected candidate will: /p ul liSupport the planning and coordination of meetings with business functions for the periodic update of risk mapping, mitigation actions, and residual risks; /li liConduct structured interviews with Risk Owners to identify and assess the relevant risks and opportunities; /li liContribute to maintaining and updating the Risk Register on a quarterly basis, based on qualitative risk assessments; /li liPrepare and update management reporting for Committees and Top Management related to ERM processes; /li liAct as a focal point, support data collection and analysis related to the Quarterly financial data and Strategic Plan related to the different Business Lines; /li liProvide support to the Head of Group ERM in managerial and project activities (meeting coordination, ERM model evolution initiatives, improvement projects); /li liContribute to the development and updating of departmental tools and databases in place in department. /li /ul h3Requirements and skills /h3 ul liat least 5 years of experience in Risk Management / Internal Control,
with exposure to ERM processes; /li liprevious experience gained in non‑consulting, non‑banking, and non‑insurance environments will be considered a plus; /li liStrong ability to interact with senior stakeholders and conduct structured interviews; /li liExcellent analytical and synthesis skills, with strong attention to data quality and traceability; /li liAdvanced proficiency in MS package, with experience in preparing management‑level reporting; /li liFluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); /li liBackground in industrial / engineering / energy sectors; /li liFamiliarity with ERM frameworks (e.g., risk registers, impact/probability matrices, risk appetite, statistical methodologies such as Monte Carlo models) is considered a plus; /li liExperience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) or GRC/ERM platforms (such as Workiva, Safran Risk Manager, or similar) would be an advantage. /li /ul h3Contract Type and Classification /h3 ul liContract type: Permanent /li liApplicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical‑Pharmaceutical (identification code B011) /li liJob classification level: Middle Management, consistent with job requirements and applicable Collective Agreement /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pThe initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 50.000.
