Built on over 25 years of industry expertise, the Agency combines media, data, digital marketing, events, creative direction, and content activation to help Brands grow through the world’s largest Architecture Design ecosystem. /p pFrom platform activation to experiential marketing, from performance campaigns to creator strategies, we work with leading international Brands to turn visibility into real business opportunities. /p pNow, we are looking for a Business Developer to help launch and grow this new business unit, with a strong focus on the Italian market and especially on Milan — the capital of design, relationships, and industry networking. /p h3The role /h3 pWe are looking for a highly relational, commercially driven, and digitally minded professional able to develop new business opportunities and build long‑term relationships with Brands operating in architecture, interior design, furniture, building materials, and design-related industries. /p pThe ideal candidate is naturally connected to the Milan design ecosystem, understands how Brands communicate today, and can position Archiproducts Agency as a strategic partner rather than a simple media supplier. /p pThis is not a traditional sales role. /p pIt is a hybrid position between: /p ul listrategic consulting /li linetworking /li lirelationship building /li /ul h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDevelop and grow the Archiproducts Agency business in Italy /li liBuild relationships with Brands, marketing directors, entrepreneurs, architects, and stakeholders /li liIdentify commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships /li liPromote integrated services including media, performance marketing, events, content,



and lead generation /li liParticipate in events, networking activities, trade fairs, and industry initiatives /li liWork closely with internal creative, marketing, and strategy teams /li liHelp shape customized proposals and growth strategies for clients /li liContribute to positioning Archiproducts Agency within the Milan design ecosystem /li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in business development, advertising, media, events, communication, or digital marketing /li liStrong commercial and public relations skills /li liDeep interest in Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture, and Building industries /li liStrong digital culture and understanding of modern marketing dynamics /li liExcellent networking and relationship‑building attitude /li liAbility to move naturally between strategic conversations and commercial opportunities /li liBased in Milan or with a strong professional network in Milan /li liFluent Italian and good English /li /ul h3What Makes You Stand Out /h3 ul liExisting network within the design and architecture industry /li liExperience with premium/luxury Brands /li liBackground in agencies, media companies, or design‑related businesses /li liPassion for the intersection between creativity, business,
