In this role you will ensure Grid Code compliance for wind farm projects, performing and documenting tests, and analyzing data to verify control performance and grid quality. You will collaborate with sales, project teams, and clients to tailor testing and solutions, while aligning with Nordex product capabilities. The position offers international exposure and opportunities to optimize processes and contribute to sustainable energy growth. This role combines technical testing, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to support wind energy deployment.

- Perform, evaluate and document Grid Code compliance tests on wind farm projects and analyze test data
- Support Grid Code compliance and grid connection during sales and project phases




- Assess Nordex product capabilities to rate Grid Code compliance
- Optimize Grid Code compliance processes and influence internal product specifications
- Maintain regular contact with clients' experts to discuss project-specific testing and solutions
- Gain experience with wind farm controller projects
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or equivalent
- Experience in Grid Code Testing with wind farm projects and test case development
- Strong knowledge of Grid Code compliance xlwpduy at power plant level and software details
- Ideally experience with a wind turbine OEM or similar
- Experience with data analysis, tools and automation
- Intercultural understanding and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills; proactive and team-oriented
- Certificate to act as electrically skilled person
