In this senior role you shape and execute the AI and Digital Health strategy across key brands and customer journeys, turning business needs into deployable solutions within omnichannel ecosystems. You lead cross-functional squads to deliver impactful AI-enabled outcomes, with a focus on compliant-by-design operations and scalable health tech. You drive data standardisation, personalisation, and governance to improve experiences and decision-making. This is a mission-driven opportunity to accelerate medicine delivery to patients through digital health.

- Co-lead the AI and Digital Health roadmap execution to align with strategic goals

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of prioritized AI and Digital Health use cases from ideation to scale

- Translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions coordinating with data scientists, IT and external partners

- Drive integration of AI and Digital Health solutions into key customer journeys and omnichannel ecosystems

- Govern digital assets to ensure performance, UX, accessibility and brand consistency

- Standardise data models across web, social and CRM for unified measurement

- Support personalisation strategies across CRM and digital platforms





- Lead cross-functional squads across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, External Communications, IT and Customer Engagement

- Monitor performance via KPIs, dashboards and ROI, taking action on insights

- Coach and mentor Managers and Designers to build AI fluency and capabilities

- Collaborate with global teams to localise solutions and share best practices

- Ensure compliance-by-design across AI initiatives in partnership with Legal, Compliance and Medical

- 5–8+ years in Digital, Digital Marketing, AI or Digital Health in regulated industries

- Proven track record delivering digital/AI projects at scale

- Experience with web and social media projects, SEO & GEO strategy, digital media buying

- Knowledge xlwpduy of CRM, CMS, analytics and personalization tools

- Experience with AI use cases (LLMs, RAG, automation, AI agents, classification, recommendations)

- Ability to identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases and build ROI-focused business cases

- Strong data governance, privacy and compliance knowledge

- Program and stakeholder management skills; cross-functional coordination

- Execution excellence and delivery mindset

- Stakeholder influence and alignment; data-driven decision making
