About The Role
As a Freelance Recruiter, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for international positions. Working remotely, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while collaborating with a diverse, global team on recruitment projects across multiple markets.
Main Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates for international opportunities.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while keeping recruitment records up to date.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Adapt sourcing strategies based on hiring priorities, market trends, and business needs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- Previous freelance experience with strong time-management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a flexible, performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- EU citizenship or the ability to invoice as a freelancer within Europe
