p MAW S.p.A. – Search Selection Division, on behalf of a multinational company and global leader in the design and supply of highly automated industrial plants, is looking for a: p Process Technologist (Hot Rolling) /pp The successful candidate will join the international Process Engineering team and will be involved in the development, optimization, and commissioning of steelmaking plants for customers worldwide. /pp Working closely with the Automation, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Engineering teams, the Process Technologist will contribute to improving process performance and supporting plant start-up and ramp-up activities. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Analyze and optimize hot rolling process parameters. /lili Support the development, validation, and optimization of process models. /lili Collaborate with the Automation team to improve process control strategies and control logic. /lili Support commissioning, plant start-up, and ramp-up activities at customer sites worldwide. /lili Perform technical troubleshooting during start-up and commissioning phases. /lili Analyze process data and identify continuous improvement opportunities. /lili Work within multidisciplinary international teams on complex industrial projects. /li /ulp Requirements /pulli Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering,
