ph3Transport Planner /h3 pbLocation: /b Lainate, IT, 20020 /p h3Main purpose of the Role /h3 pEnsures timely, cost-effective, and reliable transportation of goods across Europe, translating supply plans into efficient transport execution while collaborating with warehouses, carriers, and customer service teams. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liPlan and schedule transportation activities /li liCoordinate with 3PLs, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses /li liOptimize transport routes, loads, and costs /li liMonitor transport performance and resolve issues /li liEnsure documentation and compliance (export/import instructions) /li liCollaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics /li liContribute to projects and process improvement /li liSupport sustainability goals (CO₂ optimization) /li /ul h3Our Perfect Candidate /h3 ul liDegree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economic fields /li li3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistic, Planning /li liProficiency in English /li liExperience with TMS (e.g., SAP TM, Oracle TMS)
/li liExcel and transport tools knowledge /li liStrong attention to detail and organization /li liProblem‑solving mindset /li liKnowledge of European transport and Incoterms /li liFamiliarity with shipment documentation (export declarations, T1/T2, CMR, packing lists) /li liUnderstanding of transport cost structures and KPIs /li liExperience with logistics providers /li /ul pThe position offers a gross annual salary starting from €32,000.
