Se sì, continui a leggere per maggiori dettagli e si ricordi di candidarsi oggi stesso.We are looking for a dynamic and results‐oriented Private Label Sales Manager to develop and manage the Private Label business (Modern Trade) in the Central European Area.The role is responsible for building strategic partnerships with major retailers, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the entire commercial proces, from tender management to product launch.This position plays a key role in expanding the private label segment, working closely with marketing, R&D, supply chain, and finance.Main ResponsibilitiesCommercial Development & SalesDefine and execute the Private Label commercial strategy for Central EuropeIdentify and acquire new private label customers (retailers, discount chains, buying groups)Manage and develop existing clients to build long-term partnershipsLead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial termsEnsure profitable growth aligned with company objectivesCustomer & Project ManagementManage the entire tender process,
from customer request to final offerServe as the key point of contact throughout product development and launchTranslate customer requirements into clear briefs for R&D and OperationsEnsure timely and successful product launchesMarket & Category AnalysisMonitor market trends, competitors, and private label developmentsProvide market intelligence and strategic recommendationsSupport the innovation pipeline with relevant concepts for clientsConduct store checks in key reference marketsRequirementMinimum 5 years' experience in FMCG sales - Private Label BusinessStrongly preferred experience in chocolate, confectionery, bakery or foodProven track record managing International Retail Clients (Modern Trade)Experience in tender management and complex negotiationsStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExcellent relationship‐building abilitiesStrategic mindset combined with operational executionAnalytical and data‐driven approachHigh level of autonomy and accountabilityFluent English requiredGerman (preferred) or other Central European languages are a plusEntrepreneurial mindsetProactive and solution‐orientedAbility to thrive in dynamic environmentsRange retributivo: € 60.000 - € 70.000Location: South East LombardyRif. xysqume LG 56216Intermedia Selection, società leader in Italia nella ricerca e selezione di professional e middle management, è presente in Italia con più di 35 consulenti tra gli uffici di Milano e Roma.Autorizzazione del ministero del lavoro n° 20323/RS
