Drive operational performance, strategic logistics initiatives and the implementation of advanced logistics solutions, including Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), to support business growth and customer satisfaction. This role is part of a global logistics team focused on functional excellence. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead end-to-end logistics operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring efficient, reliable and cost-effective transport, warehousing and distribution. /li liDrive logistics performance by monitoring KPIs, improving service levels, OTIF, lead times and operational efficiency.
/li liPartner with Customer Service, Sales, Planning and Operations to align logistics execution with business priorities and customer expectations. /li liOwn the logistics budget and identify opportunities to optimize transport networks, warehousing, carrier performance and overall logistics costs. /li liBuild and manage strong relationships with logistics providers and 3PL partners, driving service excellence and continuous improvement. /li liLead strategic logistics projects, including network optimization, warehouse initiatives and the implementation and ongoing development of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). /li liEnsure compliance with transport, customs, trade, hazardous materials and HSE regulations while proactively managing operational risks and business continuity. /li liChampion process standardization, digital transformation and continuous improvement to enhance visibility, efficiency and customer satisfaction. /li /ul h3Requirements Qualifications: /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within an international or Italian-based company. /li liStrong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems and industry best practices. Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle ERP is an advantage. /li liStrong understanding of European transport laws, customs regulations and supply chain dynamics. /li liFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). /li liExcellent analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills. /li liProven leadership experience and the ability to manage teams and external logistics partners. /li liA proactive, hands‑on approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement. /li /ul pWe offer you a challenging and rewarding position with varied responsibilities and opportunities for continuous development. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
