- Represent Hotel101 at international exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
- Leverage digital and offline channels to build a high-value client portfolio.
- Proactively identify and qualify potential buyers through various channels.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate and investment goals.
- Present the unique features and investment benefits of Hotel101’s HappyRoom condotel model.
- Stay informed on new and upcoming Hotel101 developments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Achieve individual targets and contribute to the overall team success.
- Drive strong daily activities to build pipeline, generate opportunities and close business.
Qualifications:

- Closer Mentality - demonstrates ownership, commercial confidence, and the strong ability to progress opportunities into closed sales.
- Comfortable and motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and resilient approach
- Experience in a performance-driven environment is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
