The person will be experienced in building excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge. The internal Sales Specialist will be experienced in generating new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and in having a general conversation around a solution/product area, always in the direction of achieving monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProactively manage the customers lifecycle /li liProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts /li liEngage in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilise this to maximise call potential and outcomes /li liManage customer backorder and report along specialist knowledge /li liProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions /li liDrive sales of specific products/vendors if specific knowledge is required,
