HR Operations Specialist – sostituzione maternità

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire payroll process, liaising with HRIS and payroll provider as necessary (e.g. timesheets, payslips checks, personnel cost, TFR management etc.)
- Manage the HR operations processes and administrative tasks (e.g. contracts, smart working, medical checks, health and safety trainings, welfare, health insurances, buoni pasto etc.)
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR and payroll related matters (responding to general inquiries)
- Identify ways to continuously improve policies and processes
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g. Right to Work checks)
- Update all employee records, digital and physical
- Maintain and update the personnel database (new hires, terminations, vacations, medical leaves, maternity leaves, bonuses, salary increases, and other required information) ensuring the reporting and confidentiality of information
- Assist in the hiring process and onboarding of new employees (including the preparation of contracts)
- Develop and administer health and safety topics, coordinating with the Labour Doctor and RSPP
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian
- Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, maintaining the highest level of discretion in internal and external relations
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Solid knowledge of Labor Legislation
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work at a fast pace, managing high workloads and meeting tight deadlines
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
