At Marionnaud, we know that great customer experience starts long before the customer enters the store — it starts with having the right product, in the right place, at the right time. We are looking for a Demand Planning Manager who will lead this critical mission and play a central role in connecting commercial ambition with operational excellence. This is not just a planning role. You will be responsible for driving demand planning, stock optimization and service level performance, directly impacting sales, availability and working capital — while leading a team and shaping the way we operate. You will sit at the intersection of Supply Chain, Trade, Retail, Finance, and E-commerce, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and execution. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liLead and continuously improve the demand planning process, ensuring accurate forecasts and strong decision‑making /li liOwn inventory strategy and stock optimization, balancing availability and cost efficiency /li liManage and develop a team, ensuring focus, performance,
and capability growth /li liMonitor and improve service levels in stores (OSA) and overall product availability /li liDrive actions on slow‑moving stock and improve inventory rotation /li liTranslate demand plans into effective purchasing and replenishment strategies /li liPartner with Trade and suppliers to ensure the right assortment and support commercial initiatives /li liCoordinate with logistics providers to ensure efficiency in warehouse and transport operations /li liSupport key business moments: product launches, peak periods, and new store openings /li liDeliver clear insights and reporting on key KPIs (forecast accuracy, stock coverage, inventory turnover, OSA) /li /ul h3Ideal candidate /h3 ul liCombines strong analytical skills with business understanding /li liHas experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain / Inventory Management /li liIs comfortable leading people and influencing without authority /li liThinks both strategically and operationally /li liEnjoys improving processes and driving change /liliWorks effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul li5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning (with team management experience) /li liStrong expertise in forecasting, inventory management and supply chain processes /li liAdvanced analytical capability and data‑driven mindset /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li liFluent English /li /ul pWe offer a competitive compensation package aligned with seniority and experience, typically in the €52,000–€60,000 gross annual salary range, plus a performance‑related premio. /p h3What you can expect /h3 ul liA high‑impact leadership role with direct influence on business performance /li liThe opportunity to shape and improve demand planning practices /li liA collaborative and international environment /li liA company where people, passion, and performance go together /li /ul pLocation: Milan /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
