ION Group is expanding its HR unit through Cedacri. We are seeking a talented HR Administration Specialist to grow in a dynamic, cross-functional environment in Italy.

The role covers labour management, payroll, and compliance with Italian labour regulations and collective agreements. You will work with Infobudget and Inaz tools, manage hiring and terminations, and provide regular HR data and reports to business units.
