This is initially a 3-month position with the potential to become permanent for the right person. /p pThis is a busy household environment requiring someone highly organised, structured and proactive, who can support both the day‑to‑day running of the household and the implementation of systems and SOPs across multiple properties. The family values high standards but prefers a low‑key, informal household style with discreet, invisible support. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 pThis role involves overseeing the daily housekeeping and overall organisation of the home, ensuring everything is maintained to a high standard and runs smoothly day to day. The candidate will work closely with the family and existing support team to maintain an exceptionally organised household environment with strong attention to detail. /p pDuties will include housekeeping, laundry management, household organisation, wardrobe organisation,



coordinating part‑time cleaners and freelance support staff, maintaining household systems and routines, implementing SOPs where needed, and ensuring properties are prepared and organised when travelling between homes. /p pThis is a hands‑on role requiring someone naturally tidy, proactive, and highly organised who enjoys creating structure and maintaining order. /p h3Additional Information: /h3 pWe are looking for someone hands‑on, adaptable and proactive, with a positive and solutions‑focused attitude. The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a small team and be happy to support wherever needed. /p pYou will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic household environment.
