Senior MEP Project Manager – Data CentreTutti i potenziali candidati sono incoraggiati a leggere l'intera descrizione del lavoro prima di candidarsi.Location: Milan, ItalyContract: FreelanceDuration: 18 Months+Start: ASAPOverviewAn exciting opportunity is available for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a leading General Contractor delivering multiple hyperscale Data Centre projects across the Milan region.With several live projects currently under construction, they are looking to strengthen their on-site delivery team with experienced Data Centre professionals capable of managing complex MEP packages from design through to execution.Your ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of MEP packages on large-scale Data Centre construction projects.Coordinate design teams, construction teams and subcontractors.Manage procurement,
technical coordination and programme delivery.Drive look-ahead planning and improve site productivity.Resolve design clashes and technical issues.Monitor construction progress and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality.Work closely with project stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.Your RequirementsPrevious experience as an MEP Project Manager on Data Centre projects.At least one completed Data Centre project.Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.Able to manage projects from design through construction.Fluent Italian and good English. xysqume Available to work full-time on site in Milan.If you're interested in hearing more, please apply or email
