Se il suo profilo è in linea, invii la sua candidatura.Primary function:Ensuring application of IVG process and methods guidelines along PWT Systems & Components Engineering area, by implementing the necessary deployment and customization for specific needsSupporting PWT Systems & Components Engineering teams in execution of specific transversal design activities (FMEA, SOR…), according to the best practices and methodologiesEssential Responsibilities:Monitoring and supporting the application of IVG process and methods guidelines along "PWT Systems & Components Engineering"Supporting and supervising the definition and application of specific "PWT Systems & Components Engineering" procedures, instructions and modulesDefining the proper methodologies and supporting the execution of specific transversal design activities, such as: Statement of Requirements (SoR) document; X-FMEA (Design,



Installation…); Master Design GuidelinesSupporting the definition of KPI systems for the different areas within "PWT Systems & Components Engineering" and monitoring results on regular basisFoster continuous improvement of internal process and methods for the specific area, in accordance to Model Based System Engineering IVG guidelinesSupporting Quality System internal and external Audit preparationRequirements:Degree in Automotive, Mechatronic, Electronic or System EngineeringFluent English and Italian, written and spoken10 years' experience of Product xysqume Engineering development process, with focus on powertrain engineering design methodologiesStrong knowledge of main applicable Quality Systems, e.G. IATF 16949Effective communication and seamless collaboration across engineering teamsTeam coordination skills and resource management experienceDigital Skills:MS OfficeFlexibility to ensure on-site presence in line with needs.Availability to Travel:Expected % of Time: ≈ 5%
