ph3Job Description /h3 pWood is recruiting for a Supply Chain Lead / Procurement Coordinator to join its Projects – Process and Chemical team for execution on supply chain activities of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industries. /p pThe position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week. /p pYou will assist the Project Supply Chain Manager in all aspects of the purchasing cycle of our projects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefinition of Project Procurement Plan and Procedures /li liResponsible for execution of all aspects of supply chain activities including expediting, procurement and negotiation /li liFamiliar with market scouting and supplier onboarding processes /li liDefinition of the bidder list for each inquiry /li liPreparation of tender documentation and definition of pricing summary tailored to the scope of work /li liLead technical commercial clarification meetings with bidders /li liExamine, review and negotiate TC’s /li liPrepare and finalize commercial Bid Tabulations and Purchase Orders for all items to be purchased /li liCollaborate with key persons to ensure company and client expectations are met /li liEnsure all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with the project execution plan/schedule and in line with project processes and procedures /li liTrack and report KPI to measure cost reduction and improve efficiency /li liPrepare and tailor project procurement reports in line with project / client requirements /li liComply with code of business conduct and ethics, corporate policies, procedures and work practices /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pAt Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
