Innovo Global Talent is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to own and grow the Southern Europe territory (Spain, Italy, Portugal) for robotics automation solutions. The role focuses on opening new markets, building a pipeline from scratch, and closing complex automation deals with warehousing and logistics customers.

You will lead regional sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and travel across the region. Strong English, Spanish and/or Italian, plus a proven hunter mentality, are required.
