ph3About the Role /h3 pThe Sales Engineer, in collaboration with the sales area manager, manages the sales process, through the proper definition of business proposals, in line with budget objectives and the Direction guidelines. /p pThe person will be involved in strategic activities with our network of global customers; flexibility to undertake some travels is paramount. /p h3The Sales Engineer /h3 ul liCollaborates with Sales Area Manager in the definition of sales budgets ensuring the strategic goals fulfilment /li liManages sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results achieving assigned budgets /li liEnsures constant monitoring of the assigned market area in terms of current/potential customers, risks and economic trends supporting the 'Sales Area' manager in the definition of the most effective promotional activities for business development and consolidation /li liEnsures proper formulation of offers in order to define, in collaboration with technical area managers,



the functional requirements to be met managing both financial aspects and business negotiation process /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in one of the following fields: Mechanic, Automation, Electrical or similar fields /li liExcellent command of the English and Italian languages /li liAvailability to travel abroad for approximately 100/120 days per year /li liAbility to create collaboration networks through companies and functions /li liAnalytical and critical thinking /li liGreat ability to work autonomously as well as in team /li liStrong self-motivation and dedication /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCompensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from EUR 33,000 to EUR 37,000. /p pA range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy. /p pThe applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico. /p pCoesia is an equal opportunity employer and embraces diversity and inclusion. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
