**Main duties & responsibilities**: - Responsible for the welcome and farewell of our guests, according to the Company policies, standard and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times
- Responsible for the parking of the guest cars
- Ensure that the whole reception area is in order and well maintained
- Be informed about guest information (arrivals, departures and guests in house)
- Be informed about touristic attractions in the area and services offered by the hotel
- Work closely with the Front Office Team and offer assistance when necessary
- Coordinate luggage delivery and collection with Porters and Front Office Team
- Coordinate all drivers reaching the property **Soft skills**: - Effective communication: he/she communicates clearly and appropriately that positively impacts on their role, the business and Belmond.
