We are looking for a **Slovakian speaking VIP Account Manager **who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value. **Requirements**: - Proficiency in English and Slovak both written and spoken;
- Proactive person with good support / sales skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to details;
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
- Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
- Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate premio crediting;




- Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
