HireArt is helping our client, a leading AI Training Platform, find knowledgeable Software Engineers with high-quality coding skills and native proficiency in Korean (South Korea) to work as an Independent Contractor.
In this role, you’ll help train AI to reflect expertise in software engineering by creating and evaluating prompts and responses and optimizing for clean and accurate code.
This opportunity is fully remote and offers a flexible work schedule.
Duties
- Create detailed prompts and responses in Korean to guide AI learning.
- Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy in software engineering contexts.
- Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their applicability to the engineering domain.
- Review the work generated by other Software Engineer AI Trainers, including but not limited to reviewing the code quality, optimizing their code, and responding to inquiries about engineering processes and procedures.
- Use critical thinking to produce high-quality work with mínimal or no supervision.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues in English regarding feedback and suggestions.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development with some experience in Web Development
- Academic background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or similar fields, ideally from a school located in South Korea
- Thoroughly familiar with the cultural particularities and terminology of South Korea from having lived there for the majority of your life
- Experience with JSON/YAML formats
- Exceptional, native proficiency in Korean (South Korea)
- At least a B2 level of English proficiency
- Ability to quickly identify errors and inconsistencies
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in your work
- Familiar with AI technology and excited about its potential in coding
- Previous experience training AI is highly preferred **Competitive Compensation**: Pay is determined by project requirements, your level of experience, and market conditions. All pay rates are in USD.
