Leader of crossfunctional project team within a matrix organization for up to 3 projects
**Impact**:Regional **Typical Tasks**: - set up and lead the projects acc. QWS targets
- lead the cross functional teams by the right attitude and behaviour
- lead the teams stable through critical situations **Responsibility**:Set up cross functional team and governace for the different projects
Lead the cross functional teams towards the goal cascade project objectives to sub-project level and execute overall quality control for each sub-project. **Interface**:Key members from Customer base & Project members from Inalfa & Supplier base. **Scope**: - Is end responsible for planning and execution of project of more than 10 resources
- Sets scope of priorities within the portfolio and manages project dependencies
- Responsible for triple constraint management within area of responsibility.
- Develop and agree key roles and responsibilities matrices for global team members assuring there is a clear understanding of individual contributions to overall program success.
- Support the PMo with overall global Program Management standards according to: - Inalfa launch and development process (Process House)
- Customer specific launch and development processes and procedures
- Master timing using Microsoft Projec
- Financial reporting and management utilizing the Project Control Form (PCF) **Specific Requirements**




- bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical agree is required
- More than 5 years of working experience of which at least 3+ years leading projects
- 5+ years of experience with Automotive at a Tier 1 supplier at OEM level **Functional Competences and skills**
- Creates and executes program work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Proven ability to influence and manage cross functional teams without formal authority.
- Effectively applies and enforces standardized work practices and internal procedures.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer specific systems and procedures.
- Ability to identify program risks and develop appropriate counter measures to reduce or offset the risk identified.
- Can provide effective oral and written reports to internal executive management and customer representatives.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changes quickly.
- Organized and professional demeanor with demonstrated leadership ability.
- Ability to travel international as required to support the overall project scope and needs.
- Understanding of general customer requirements for PPAP/APQP/ISIR.
